For a full refund return,you must notify us within three business days of receiving your order. You must download, fill out and email our merchandise return form to refund@g3535.com or you can mail it (See form for address). A prepaid label will be mailed to your shipping address and item(s) must be returned undamaged and unopened (still in original plastic wrap).

Merchandise credit/Preference Returns

For our merchandisecredit/preferencereturn, you must notify us within three business days of receiving your order. You must return the item(s), undamaged and unopened (still in original plastic wrap) along with our merchandise return form filled out with the necessary information. It is the buyers reasonable for all shipping cost. A merchandise credit will be giving equal to the value of your item(s).

*G3535.com is not reasonable for items that are damaged do to the shipping or clause buy the buyer.
